We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented E-commerce Store Representative to assist in the smooth operation of our online store. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining product listings, and supporting day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and online marketplaces is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, ensuring excellent customer service.

Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.

Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

Coordinate with the store manager and other teams to resolve customer issues.

Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and updating website content.

Provide feedback on customer trends and product performance to help improve sales.
